Katlego Gumbo, affectionately known as Kat, is a passionate chef and children's culinary educator who brings joy, creativity, and inspiration to every kitchen she steps into. With a deep love for cooking and an even deeper passion for working with children, Kat has created a space where young minds can explore the magic of food through hands-on, engaging classes.
She leads weekly cooking sessions designed especially for kids, namely KinderCooks for energetic 4 to 6-year-olds, and Junior Chefs for curious and creative 9 to 15-year-olds. Each class is thoughtfully designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of cooking while fostering confidence, imagination, and essential life skills.
Kat holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in International Business from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, completed in 2023. Her background in business brings structure and intention to her programs, ensuring each session is as impactful as it is enjoyable.
Her work is driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to inspire the next generation of young chefs by making cooking accessible, exciting, and empowering. Watching children grow in confidence and skill brings Kat endless joy—and she considers it a true privilege to be part of their culinary journey.

Sekgabo Kgosi is a dedicated and dynamic Development Centre Facilitator at NqooSa Development Centre, where she leads daily cooking classes and supports the planning and implementation of child-focused programmes. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Botswana, she brings a strong academic foundation in child development, nutrition, and life skills education.
Passionate about creating nurturing and stimulating learning environments, Sekgabo is skilled in cooking, baking, and engaging young learners through hands-on, educational activities. She thrives in roles that combine her love for food with her commitment to child enrichment, helping children build confidence, creativity, and essential life skills.
Sekgabo is known for her positive energy, creativity, and ability to connect with children. She continuously seeks opportunities to make meaningful contributions in early childhood development settings, where learning is both fun and impactful.
